  • TERMS OF SERVICE

    TO BEGIN THE DESIGN PROCESS, THE FOLLOWING MUST BE PROVIDED:

    - Shopify account login information (email and password) / Domain setup and login information

    - A word document containing all verbiage for the site (Bio for About Page, Product Information, FAQs, Contact Info, etc)

    DO NOT send screenshots from your notes. This will not be accepted!

    Turn around time is 3-4 weeks, from the date you are booked. If all information is not recieved by this date, you will need to be re-booked. Expedited services are available for an additional fee (7-10 business days).

    Business days DO NOT include weekends or holidays!
